Important Community Notice – Construction 4-6 Brockenhurst Road, South Ascot
The Parish Council has received correspondence from residents regarding alleged incidents at the construction site above The One Stop on Brockenhurst Road, South Ascot.
The reports allege that materials have been thrown from the site, raising concerns for public safety.
Thames Valley Police have been contacted and are due to attend. In addition, reports have been submitted to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead’s Enforcement Team for their consideration.
As this is an active matter involving allegations that may be subject to investigation by the relevant authorities, the Parish Council is unable to comment further on the circumstances and encourages anyone who witnesses any incident or has relevant information to report it directly to the appropriate authority.
The safety of residents, pedestrians, road users and those working in the area remains of paramount importance and the Parish Council will continue to monitor the situation and liaise with the relevant bodies where appropriate.
